Chapter I concerns certain methodological issues in general concerning Sports Law, Chapter II the issue of injustice in sport with an emphasis on Greece. Chapter III looks at certain issues of EU law and how they apply to sports while Chapter IV addresses broadcasting of sports events. Chapter V presents issues concerning judicial competence in sport, which concerns the CAS to some extent, while Chapter VI focuses more specifically on the CAS, as a European based institution for resolving sport disputes. | ||
